Our Quality Policy is driven by our five core values:

We implement best practices and work on continuously improving all aspects of our business using employee and customer feedback. Our commitment to quality is made by all company employees and, as such, is an integral part of their responsibilities. Our Projects adhere to this Quality Policy and the Quality Management System (QMS) based on the scope of services. Our compliance to the QMS will be evaluated periodically via audits, reviews and management reviews. Metric5 management will act to ensure that our quality policy is understood, implemented, and maintained at all levels in the company.
