Our Core Values
Metric5 exists to help our people build rewarding careers and to help our customers achieve their goals. Our core values provide the framework for how we run our business to best serve your business. More than words on a screen, our core values guide our delivery teams on a daily basis. They also inform corporate strategic decisions and are woven into the service and solutions we provide our customers.
Do It the Right Way
"We obsess over quality"
Quality results from understanding the end goal, avoiding shortcuts, identifying and correcting mistakes, and knowing that the right decision isn’t always the easy one. Doing “it” the right way serves as our simple and incredibly effective guide for ensuring high-quality results for our customers.
Lead
"We lead at every level"
We do not believe that leadership only comes from the top. We lead by earning trust and respect through our actions, owning our work from start to finish, and providing best-in-class expertise and service for our customers.
Live and Learn… and Teach
"We believe in continuous growth and teamwork"
Developing new skills and learning through experience is central to our success. Taking this one step further, we share those skills and experiences to grow the capabilities of those around us. We pride ourselves on hiring the best people and facilitating their development through learning, teaching, and collaboration. The result is a culture where our best qualities are built directly into delivery and operations. Our customers benefit from the collective knowledge of the Metric5 team.
Be the "Go-To"
"We work to be known as the go-to company for a job done right"
We focus every day on providing expertise, reliability, and a great attitude. Our goal is to be our customer’s go-to advisor, go-to manager, go-to developer, go-to consultant, and go-to company.
Have Some Fun
"We value laughter, humor, and humility"
We take our work seriously, but we have fun while we’re doing it. A fun work environment brings out the best in our employees, the best results in our projects, and allows us to be genuinely employee-driven and customer-focused.
